Blogger installation instructions
Go to your Blogger Layout settings page. Click Add a Gadget and choose the HTML/JavaScript gadget. Paste the embed codes into the gadget Content. Click Save and Shoutbox is installed.

Allow people to quickly leave messages on a site without user registration. In their simplest form, they are lists of short messages.
